New York Times bestselling author Caitlin Rother has written or co-authored eight books: Poisoned Love, Naked Addiction, Dead Reckoning, Twisted Triangle, Deadly Devotion/Where Hope Begins, Body Parts, the NYT bestseller My Life, Deleted, and Lost Girls, which chronicles the rape and murder of San Diego area teenagers Chelsea King and Amber Dubois by sexual predator John Gardner, to be released in July 2012.

Rother, a Pulitzer-nominated investigative journalist, has also been published in Cosmopolitan, the Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, theChicago Tribune, The Boston Globe, the Daily News of Los Angeles, and The Daily Beast. She has done dozens of TV and radio appearances, including shows on E!, the Oxygen Network, Greta Van Susteren's On the Record, five different programs on Investigation Discovery, as well as on America at Night, American Radio Network, XM radio, and numerous TV and radio affiliates of NPR/PBS.

Rother also works as a book doctor/editorial consultant and teaches journalism and creative writing at University of California San Diego Extension.
